My mom mid 50's has rashes that look like eczema on her hands and feet due to her sensitive skin. Now it has become so severe with yellow lymph or pus and the skin started makin red holes and scaled!!

You should be sure she has "eczema". The fact that she has 'pus' arises 2 main diagnoses: infected eczema and pustular psoriasis.Treatment is different according to each condition. I think she should be checked.
