My kid 8 y o boy had a dryness spot above his eye just below the brow not itchy in nature but after the bath it worsen and get more whiteish what should i do and whats is it thanks

This could be a seborrheic dermatitis or atopic dermatitis (otherwise known as eczema), both of which have some sort of allergic element. Seborrheic dermatitis is the equivalent of dandruff in adults and is linked to a fungal infection (which by itself does not precipitate the skin disorder but occurs because of it and worsens it). Other areas of the face may be involved, like the scalp, around the nose, behind the ears, and other areas in the body
The following measures are advised:
- use only mild soap on the face
-avoid extremes of temperature on the face (as much as possible)
- avoid regular creams and lotions on the face. Instead use products like Atoderm PP or Oilatum Junior. Olive oil is also helpful.
-in case of persistence or worsening, mild topical steroid creams (hydrocortison) should be applied
