My husband did all the hormone tests, all was normal but the problem is he has 1 testicle, the other was hanged till late age & he underwent surgery after marriage to discover where the other one is.

Surgery for undescended testicles is done early on in life, in some cases, in order to be able to observe the testicle for any masses or tumors that might appear in it. There is no increase in the risk of malignancy or hormonal problems.
