The dose of profinal may be up to 5ml 3 times per day if needed, to control fever, according to her age and weight.
But you should know that profinal (ibuprofen) is an anti inflammatory drug that may cause harm if the child is dehydrated ( is vomiting, has diarrhea or is not drinking enough) or has some specific skin lesions like varicella for example.
So it is always better to check with your doctor to make sure profinal is not contraindicated in her condition.
