My cousin is 25 years old,his blood test showed that the white blood cells are 4000,is that normal or not?if ubnormal please tell me what to do..thanks

A white blood cell count of 4000 is the lower limit of normal so you shouldn't be worried, unless your cousin has other symptoms. More info needed please about the symptoms and why the blood test was done.
