My baby keeps scratching his face (mainly his nose) with his fingernails although I keep trimming it every 2-3 times per week.. Can I use diaseptyl to heal his wounds?

Diaseptyl is a chlorhexidine based antiseptic solution that temporarily limits bacterial growth. It is not advisable to use it frequently especially over sensitive skin such as the facial area as it may result in dryness. You can use something like Cicaplast B5 cream.
