My baby is 6 months old and she fell from the bed and started crying but then calmed down. Could it have serious implications on her health?

The reaction of your baby is normal. Concerning the sequelae after falling, it depends if she fell on her head? was she so calm after several hours or being sleepy despite stimulation? did she vomit? if she didn't have any of these symptoms within 48 hours after her fall then you don't need to worry. Looking at her age (<1 year old) I recommend that she will be examined by her doctor.
