How much milk is your baby vomiting: is it a larger amount, or just a little bit of spitting? Is the vomiting projectile (forceful and splashes far away from his mouth) or falls directly onto his napkin without splashing? Are you making sure to position him with his upper body elevated around 45-60 degrees in your lap while breastfeeding, and that you burp him after each and every feed?
