At this young age there is not much more to be done besides nasal saline and vigorous suction. You may want to try using Physiomer Bebe which is equipped with a special suction device that is more effective than the suction bulb. You need to suction as much as needed (anytime you notice accumulation of mucus, you need to suction). Should you find this too much of a hassle, you may have your baby seen in the clinic or emergency room where they can apply saline solution via face mask and have a more powerful suction mechanism (though more traumatic).
