My 4 year old baby accidentally digested some alcoholic drink, very small quantity. Should I be worried about this?

If a very small quantity was taken then observe your baby for any signs of intoxication for example Impaired balance or confusion
If those are noticed then you should seek directly a medical advice

Alcohol has effect on the liver. The most important thing is to avoid giving acetaminophen and other drugs that pass by the liver. If it is really small quantity don't worry. If you are not sure how much he took I would do liver enzyme testing.
