My baby, almost 4 months, passes stools 3-4 times a day after drinking milk. Is that normal?

This frequency of bowel movements is a bit more than usual for an infant at this age. How long has it been like that? Have you changed the milk formula? If it doubt, particularly if the stools seem loose to watery, contain mucous material or streaks of blood, you should take a stool sample for analysis, Rotavirus and culture.
