Lately when I play basketball I get tired my heart beats very fast and my ears close and start feeling heartbeat trough them.i also am coughing and feeling uncomfortable whats wrong?

Heavy exercise could be linked to these symptoms.No harm to continue normal life. Nevertheless your condition should be studied by a lung specialist as early as possible.In the meantime avoid exercise
