Ive irregular period it can be missed for 3 months or more. Ive never experienced any pain. lately ive experienced cramps + colorless discharge that lasted for 3 days. What are the reasons behind that

Since your period is irregular (prolonged period)then there must be a cause for that may be abnormal hormonal inbalance or cysts or other medical problem .
colorless discharge is usually sign of ovulation ,ovulation occurs before 14 days of the coming period ,some ovulation symptoms can be cramps and colorless discharge beside other symptoms normally .
BUt in your case it is better to check with a gynecologist to make hormonal tests and images to know what is behind an absent period .
do you suffer from excess hair in body and face ,overweight ,have acne,beside irregular menses ,if yes then you might have polycystic ovarian syndrome PCOS
