I've had my thyroid removed completely 6 months ago, taking Euthyrox & magne B6, blood test shows TSH level in normal range; but hearbeats are fast most of the times. Is it some heart problem?

You need to run more tests, like free T3 and free T4 (these are the hormones elaborated by the thyroid), maybe also anti-thyrogobulin antibodies (thyrogobulin is the protein that carries the thyroid hormones in the blood; if your body has antibodies against this protein it William produce thyroid problems). Other probable causes: dehydration (make sure you get around 2 L of fluids/day), anemia (especially if you have family history, have heavy menstrual bleeding), stress, excess caffeine intake.
Please follow up with your treating physician for a complete evaluation and management.
