I've had bad breath for almost 2 years now. I can small it all day. I smell it when I exhale and when I drink water. And I feel that there's something stuck in my throat. Tried everything, in vain.

Agree with focusing to exclude chronic sinusitis with postnasal discharge also we must put in mind reflux oesophagitis which can be excluded by endoscopy.
