I've had a massive headache since last night. I took advils, it reduced the ache for like 2 hours but then their effect was gone. It's like there's pressure on the back of my head,my jaw up to my ears

This might be a tension type headache, though a definitive diagnosis cannot be made without a proper physical examination. Applying something warm, pain killers and muscle relaxants (oral tablets), in addition to anti inflammatory creams, should help alleviate this headache.
