Its was only for two days and then its totaly gone .. So i shouldnt be worry?? And this neurolgia is it stress or something fundamental serious ??

If it has resolved on its own, then you need not worry. In case it does recur, it would be a good idea to consult a specialist, just that you would know how to better deal with this kind of headache and maybe prevent it from happening.
