Its been 3days i feel pain during urinating and small quantities getting out accompanied with a constipation and bad vagina smell.I startd to take urinal akut pills and polygynax ovule.what shall i do

Chronic constipation is a risk factor for urinary tract infection. What happens is that because of constipation, the colon gets dilated (enlarges) and exerts pressure against the urinary bladder. This results in stagnation of the urine and overgrowth of bacteria, thus infection occurs. The foul smell of the vaginal area may be related to the urinary infection. You need to get a urine culture (to identify the bacteria and thus decide on the correct treatment), and manage your constipation: for immediate relief you may want to try glycerin suppositories. For for the long term, a high-fiber diet along with plenty of water, in addition to mild natural laxatives (if necessary) may be required. Physical activity is equally important as it promotes bowel movement.
