Your baby is lucky since the milk is naturally alkaline, so it must have somewhat neutralized the acidity of the vinegar. I am still concerned however about possible injury to the oral mucosa and esophagus (the swallowing tube that connects the oral cavity to the stomach). Please have his pediatrician examine him in the clinic.
