If the symptoms you are describing have been thoroughly investigated and no organic causes was identified, we usually attribute such non-specific and poorly defined symptoms to psychological causes, namely, what is called as somatization disorder. Somatization disorder is a long-term (chronic) condition in which a person has physical symptoms that involve more than one part of the body, but no physical cause can be found. It is characterized by multiple persistent physical complaints that are associated with excessive and maladaptive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to those symptoms. The symptoms are not intentionally produced or "faked" - the symptoms are real. Individuals suffering from somatization disorder are preoccupied most of the time with their symptoms and spend excessive amounts of time and energy on these symptoms and health concerns.
The diagnosis is made when people continue to be preoccupied and concerned with their symptoms after actual illnesses have been ruled out or when their response to their physical disorder is unusually intense.
Psychotherapy, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy, is an excellent option for treatment.
