Isnt Normix an antibiotic? I was worried if I stop at 2 pills it may have a reverse effect on my body. They say we should finish our antibiotics. But i have no diahrrea or fever. Thx.

Yes, it is an antibiotic, but if it was not indicated to take it in the first place, you can stop it , it is not necessary to complete the whole course ( which is usually 5 to 7 days), and this is true for all antibiotics. If you continue taking an antibiotic when it is not necessary, this will only increase the resistance of bacteria and expose yourself to unnecessary side effects. Antibiotics should be taken only upon your doctor's advice and prescription. This is why I advise you to consult with your doctor before starting an antibiotic and before stopping it.
