Is the stye chehhad in arabic? my eye is not swollen anymore but i have a bump same color as the skin at the external corner, will it stay forever?

Yes a stye or chalazion is "she77ad" in Arabic, and though it may linger a bit it should resolve eventually (apply warm compressors on it plus massage it gently). Should it not disappear within a month's time, you are advised to have it checked by an eye doctor.
