A true laser that targets hair removal helps in reducing 80% of the hair in a permanent way if the person does the needed number of sessions with a trusted professional. Some of the cheap machines are not true lasers and in these cases they are not so efficacious. Pregnancy affects hormones and some of the small hair can be transformed into thicker hair but this is not so common.
