Is it true that brown eyes are actually blue eyes ? & they can turn bllue by doing a surgery ? if yes does the surgerry success ? and how much does it cost ? thanks in advance

Different eye colors depend on the amount of melanin pigments present in our eye’s iris.
it means we gain the eye color by how much pigmentation of melanin is there .
What you are describing about an eye color change is still a research ,a research that claims changing the eye color by laser from brown to blue color but this research is still under study .
depending on the research ,In the case of changing eye colour, simply removing the brown pigment is enough to do the trick because blue eyes are not blue at all, just as the sea is not full of blue water , it’s a trick of perception caused by scattered light. A blue iris is simply an iris without colour.
The effectiveness of the procedure, which is likely to be irreversible, seems to be proven. However, the jury is still out as to whether it will pass safety tests.
