I'm going to start with roaccutane 20mg for a month to treat acne. My SGPT test result shows 54 >42 (recommded). Can i start the medicine?

It is not that much high so it can be started however you absolutely need a surveillance by your dermatologist. For sure blood tests should be repeated based on how the dermatologist will recommend according to your tests.
