Im a last year school student and i worry alot about university and my grades and friends and family etc.. So im always anxious and stressed what do u advise me to do to calm my self and enjoy life?

You must put in mind that all this is a stage that will pass and everything will be ok after ,so calm put for yourself a space or a period of fun and draw your attention on other things other than worrying and stressing ,do what you have to do and then leave things to happen .
eat well,drink well,sleep well and exercise ,give your self a time for seriousness and a time of fun ,these are the keys .
