This is serious and you must see your obstetrician immediately. It could be pre-eclampsia, a disorder where blood pressure rises suddenly during pregnancy, in association with sudden facial and leg swelling and blurry vision,plus hheadache, elevated heart rate, vomiting etc. Other possibilities include low blood pressure due to dehydration (hot weather without adequate fluid replenishment), gestational diabetes (diabetes that occurs during pregnancy), or an infection.
You are urged to get examined by your doctor without any further delay as any of the above mentioned possible diagnoses are serious and need to be managed quickly.
