Im 45 years old and i feel numb in my hands and feet is it normal because im working hard and standing all day long in my work

-Peripheric cause by local compression of the median nerve when it goes through the carpal tunnel at the wrist level or
-Central cause from the cervical spine (bulge disc or arthritis...)
Clinical and paraclinical exams can help to explain the origin of these numbness : Electromyogram of upper limbs and/or Cervical spine Xray and MRI
