The condition that you have is asthenoteratospermia: asthenospermia (low motility) and teratospermia (bad morphology).
First, it is very important to repeat your sperm exam, because in many instances it might appear to be normal.
Second, apparently, your physician might thinking about an infectious etiology for your condition. The results you are exposing are not sufficient to make a definitive diagnosis, as the sperm test includes many more information.
Third, it would be very important to combine also those results with a physical examination and knowing the status of your testicles on the ultrasound, to know more about the effect of your low grade varicocele on your fertility.
