If I'm taking antibiotics and I skip for one day because I have to drink alcohol, does this have any Negative effect on the body? Does the antibiotic stop doing its job if I stop it for only one day?

you should not skip a dose of antibiotics because that will lead to bacterial resistance to this antibiotics and ineffective treatment course.
and you should not drink alcohol while taking antibiotics because it will alter the its metabolism and thus its effect.
