Shaving is just cutting the hair as if u used scissors to cut them. If the shaving doesn't cause irritation or red pimples on the skin then it shouldn't cause darker nor thicker hair. Due to the fact that all the hair will grow back at the same time right after shaving some people think that the hair has become thicker while that's not true.
