If done and all negative, will there be any need to do other tests for other stds, the scrooge test was done twice in six months gave negative. My question is if there is any other stds must b tested

The other STDs often give symptoms, and the corresponding tests will be done accordingly.
If there are no symptoms and you have the "other" STDs, those don't have any incidence on your general health. Furthermore, no really sensitive test exist for those.
