Iam pregnant from 7weeks and until now I didnt c dr is this dangerous on my baby? And I didnt take folic acid. What I should do?

It is advisable that you go to the gynecologist when you know you are pregnant especially that it seems that it is the first time you are pregnant and thus not knowing the issues related to pregnancy .

Usually if you have a positive pregnancy test with no medical condition or history of medical problems ,if everything ok and well going ,no bleeding or spotting ,no weird cramps,severe nausea or vomiting , no abdominal pain or fever ,the best time for a visit is at 8 weeks pregancy ,so it is your time now to schedule an appointment and check with a doctor for the all well being of your pregnancy and give the necessary advices specially if it was your first pregnancy.

As for follic acid you must start with 400 microgram daily ,follic acid is advisable to be taken even before 3 months of pregnancy if couples are planning for pregnancy to prevent neuro defects .
