Iam now heading into my 7th mnth in pregnancy... but what am concermed about is tjat i dont eat meat at all chicken twice a mnth but i take iron pills .. does it hurt the baby

As long as you are not anemic, and you are getting adequate protein intake from other sources (like fish, poultry, grains like soja etc.) then it should be OK.
