What is the best shampoo that would stop hair fall and stimulate its growth? And does hair implant result in the long-term natural look on the front side of the hair?

There is no such shampoo!! You should first diagnose the reason of hair loss (blood test, physical exam, etc). Sometimes a scalp infection can be the reason.
Hair implant can be an alternative but we should treat the cause of hair loss.
