I woke up today with pain between my ribs in the middle of my chest, it hurts when I move my arms, try to get up, or try do to some effort... what could be the cause? it's been all day

if the pain occurs when you move your arms it's most probably a musculoskeletal pain. all you need is some paracetamol or anti inflammatory medication. if the pain persists for more than 5-7 days while taking medications then you need to see a physician.
