I went to medical ceneter to make panoramic xray for my teeth, and due to their carelessness and lack of experience I reapeted it 4 times at the same time? Is there a risk and side effects for my case

You get more radiation around your microwave or spending a hot, sunny day outside. Besides, most dentists won't procede with treating a patient: ie. fillings, crowns, root canals, braces, without current x-rays.
4 dental x-rays are about the equivalent of a round trip flight in a 6 hours trip duration
So to make it simple radiation danger is like a full glass of water ,we have the empty glass everytime we are exposed to radiation a drop of water is droppes in the empty glass ,so it gives a risk but will not cause a water drop from the glass

the risk after a panoramic xray done 4 times is negligeable
