Erectile dysfunction is when you can't get an erection or cannot maintain it long enough. It's usually seen in men older than 40,and is attributed to diseases that affect the blood supply to the male genitalia (cardiovascular disease, hypotension, diabetes etc).
In an otherwise healthy young male like yourself, we think of tiredness, fatigue, excessive alcohol consumption, and stress or anxiety (especially performance anxiety about the sexual act itself - ie getting too nervous about it). This happens occasionally and is self limited. You need to get enough rest andrelax mmeanwhile. I however it persists, you will need to be evaluated by a urologist.
