Testicular dysfunction is a common long-term sequela of cytotoxic chemotherapy used in the treatment of many malignancies. The degree to which testicular function is affected is dose- and agent-dependent. In general there is around 80% of recovery and normal permogramme 5 years later. But I would recommend to preserve sperm in the sperm bank before starting the treatement.

a spermogram analysis can be useful . there is no way to know who will become sterile and who does not after chemotherapy. Usually, the chemotherapy regimens used in lymphoma induce azospermia.
it is a pitty, that cryopreservation of sperm was not done before the chemotherapy (if it was possible to do)
