Psoriasis is a chronic disease and its evolution cannot be expected. Its treatment are so numerous: topical steroids, topical vitamin D derivatives, tar, oral treatments, biologics, phototherapy are some of the treatments. There is always a solution to alleviate the disease and the patient should not be distressed about it.
