I 've done many therapy , after 1 year everything came back as it was before , so I am so confused about it cz it makes me so upset , for exp at skl when teacher ask my name infront of othet I stutter

I'm not aware of the type of therapy you have received, but if the condition responded to that therapy buy then recurred, then you may need more intensive therapy course, maybe with a combination of various modalities of treatment. The fact that you have recently started University (I'm assuming this based on your age) may have played the role of a stressor that triggered your existing condition, hence the need to return to therapy.
