I usually have painful ulcers (max 4 ulcers) in my gum and everywhere in my mouth after experiencing fatigue and hard works and I feel something under my right ear under the jaw when pressing on it.

These may not be related to the symptoms you have mentioned previously. These are more likely to be recurrent aphthous ulcers that are triggered by stress. The pain you feel in the jaw may be due to an inflamed lymph node resulting from those ulcers, because any abnormal process in the mouth will drain into the lymph nodes in that area ;or temporo-mandibular joint (TMJ) inflammation, especially if this joint clicks.
