I underwent a test and the results were that I cannot eat anything that has milk, yogurt or labneh from cows in it but I digest lactose normally. Is there any desensitization done for such a problem?

Usually, we discard cow milk and derivatives for about one year then we restart progressively the cow milk, no desensitization.
