That depends if your period is regular or not if it comes every time on time or not ,however 4 days are still early ,you can wait for at least one week or two and then repeat the test ,if negative ,try to have a visit to a gynecologist doctor to have a check up and tests of the reason your period is delayed and he will order the necessary depending on your case .
