I took centrum multivitamine for 4 days straight...1 pill a day. could it be the reason for a side effect cz i have a tumor or lump in 1 side of the throat. should i b worried ? might it be something?

multivitamin supplements such as centrum or other products are usually harmless, although their benefit is still doubtful they are not the cause for the lump in your throat.
as for the lump it can be anything from an enlarged lymph nodes due to infection or inflammation or other causes, it can be due to a thyroid nodule so it better to be seen by a physician.
