I sweat a lot and constantly even if i was freezing and the smell is even worse than the sweating. is there any solution to this? it sometimes causes an embarrassment. thank you

It is most probably a problem of hypersudation, to this problem was added a fongues infection which give this bad smeling, the fungal infection must be treated before.Later on the hypersudation problem must be treated with botox injection.
