The doctor said nothing it's not serious but the pain is worsening. I'm taking airtale anti-inflammatory twice a day. Yestrday I felt feverish but didn't measure it. Today, fever gone but pain resists

So basically it's persistent pain that is not responding well to anti-inflammatory medications. In such case, follow-up with your physician as imaging (such as X-Ray) may be required to rule out any complications such as minor fracture.
