I really suffer a strong pain in my periods that pills don't even work on my case .. especially in the first 2 days they're like the worse.. what can i do to minimise my period cranks ?

If regular pain killers (like paracetamol, paracetamol-codeine "Solpadeine", ibuprofen) have not helped, you can use Ponstan. Also avoiding certain foods during that period, like chocolate, and minimizing coffee (or anything with caffeine) intake, can help, because these items increase the uterine contractions and inflammation that produce the pain.
If you're still in too much pain, you need to see a gynecologist for evaluation of a possible underlying condition; it could simply severe menstrual pain (medical term dysmenorrhea) that can be treated with oral contraceptive pills.
