I now pregnant in 6 weeks w batni kter ma3dal mn 3and el r7am aw m7ajr is this normall? and when I stand up I feel lik pain in it. And I did't c dr until now what I should do?

if your belly is so hard and this is accompanied by hard cramp pain or associated with bleeding then this will be serious ,but slight pain and some how hard belly is non sense and could be just because a implantation of the embryo so normal to feel some slight cramps or your belly to be somehow hard .
