I meant colonoscopy. I feel some pain after it whenever I go to the toilet.Is it normal?

It is very possible that you have suffered a minor injury to the perianal area during the colonoscopy procedure. A simple soothing Over-the-counter cream should be sufficient. In case the pain persists you should contact your endoscopist for a follow-up visit.
